- Manage and supervise all activities on the construction site, including coordinating with subcontractors, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations, and maintaining a safe and efficient working environment
- Conduct regular inspections of the construction site to monitor progress and ensure that work is being performed in accordance with the project plans and specifications
- Coordinate with the project manager and other members of the construction team to develop and implement construction schedules and ensure timely completion of the project
- Prepare daily progress reports, including tracking of labor and material costs, and communicate updates to the project manager and other stakeholders
- Review and interpret project plans and specifications, and provide technical guidance to the construction team as needed
- Collaborate with the project manager and other stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks, and develop and implement contingency plans as needed
- Ensure that all work on the construction site is performed in accordance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant health and safety regulations
Qualifications of Engineer
- Bachelor’s degree in Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering or a related field
- 10 Year
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment
- Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
